Autorízase a la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros para que por medio de los Comités Departamentales y las Juntas Municipales de esa institución, ejerza una constante vigilancia sobre los establecimientos de tostaduría y molienda de café, y para que presente ante las autoridades de policía los correspondientes denuncios, en caso de infracción a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley.
