Art. 3° Conocerá también el mismo Tribunal de los recursos de nulidad e injusticia notoria que se interpongan contra las sentencias pronunciadas en segunda instancia en los negocios civiles del orden temporal, i en los pleitos promovidos contra individuos del clero secular o regular, de que hasta ahora ha conocido la autoridad eclesiástica, en los casos en que haya lugar a estos recursos, con arreglo a las leyes.
