Art. 2.° Para el efecto de determinar el área de que trata el artículo anterior, hará levantar el Gobierno, por uno ó más ingenieros competentes, los planos de las minas y de los terrenos que se les deban conservar. En estos planos se señalarán linderos que correspondan á puntos bien claros y precisos del terreno, para verificar el alinderamiento.
