Art. 3.° Los individuos que en el ejercicio de la abogacía hayan dado muestras de ignorancia é ineptitud manifiestas, y los que por sus malos procederes y notoria falta de probidad den lugar á que se les considere como rábulas perniciosos, serán privados de la facultad de litigar y gestionar ante las autoridades.
