Adiciónase el artículo 409-1 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, adicionado por el artículo 1° del Decreto 383 de 2007, con los siguientes literales: s) Mantener las condiciones y requisitos exigidos para obtener la calificación o ajustarlos cuando haya lugar a ello; t) Facilitar las labores de control que determine la autoridad aduanera; u) Tratándose de Zonas Francas Permanentes Especiales el Usuario Industrial deberá cumplir con la ejecución del Plan Maestro y con el cronograma en los términos y condiciones previstos en el numeral 13 del artículo 393-3 y con lo señalado en el artículo 393-4 del presente decreto, según corresponda.
