Limitaciones De La Diligencia De Deslinde

Limitaciones de la diligencia de deslinde . Cuando la normatividad sea clara e identificable en terreno, las entidades territoriales no podrán de común acuerdo o independientemente

Establecer soluciones limítrofes diferentes o contrarias a lo previsto normativamente.

Pedir o señalar trazados diferentes porque alguna de ellas ejerce jurisdicción en la zona o en parte de ella o con fundamento en algún otro argumento o razonamiento. El Presidente de la Comisión de Deslinde dejará constancia en acta de la situación presentada. (Decreto número 2381 de 2012, artículo 7°)
