° Recaudo del aporte especial. Los notarios deberán consignar el aporte especial para la administración de justicia en nombre de la respectiva notaría, en el número de cuenta y establecimiento bancario que señale la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional, dentro de los primeros cinco (5) días del mes siguiente a aquél en que se obtuvieron los ingresos, en los formatos que para el efecto prescriba la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
