LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.34.1.5. Retiro del servicio de los Superintendentes. Cuando el retiro del servicio de los empleos de superintendentes enlistados en el artículo 2.2.34.1.1 del presente decreto se efectúe con anterioridad a la terminación del respectivo período presidencial, el acto de insubsistencia deberá ser motivado.
