ARTICULO 23 . JURISDICCION COACTIVA. Las Corporaciones tienen jurisdicción coactiva para hacer efectivos los créditos exigibles a su favor, de acuerdo con las normas establecidas para las entidades públicas del sector nacional, en la Ley 6a. de 1992, los que las reglamenten y demás que las complementen o modifiquen.
