Las pensiones que en la actualidad sufraga la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional, concedidas antes de la vigencia de la Ley 74 de 1945 para personal civil, cuyo monto no exceda de cien pesos ( $ 100 ), serán liquidadas a partir de la promulgación de esta Ley, aumentadas en un treinta por ciento (30%) sobre la liquidación hecha de conformidad con el artículo 19 de la Ley 74 de 1945 .
