Art. 1979. Si se pactare que el arrendamiento no se repute perfecto mientras no se firme escritura, podrá cualquiera de las partes arrepentirse hasta que así se haga o hasta que se haya procedido a la entrega de la cosa arrendada; si intervinieren arras, se seguirán bajo este respecto las mismas reglas que en el contrato de compraventa.
