LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.2.5.5.5. Transitorio. En municipios y distritos que al momento de entrada en vigencia del presente capítulo cuenten con esquemas operativos de aprovechamiento, contarán con un plazo de dos (2) años para realizar los ajustes y observar en su integralidad a lo aquí dispuesto.
