Durante los tres primeros meses de cada año, el Gerente del Fondo Nacional de Inversiones rendirá a la Junta Directiva balance, inventario y demás estados financieros, a 31 de diciembre del ejercicio anterior. La Superintendencia Bancaria determinará en qué forma deben presentarse esos informes, procurando ajustarse a lo dispuesto para las sociedades administradoras de inversión y Fondos de Inversión privados, en cuanto ello sea posible dentro de lo previsto en esta Ley.
