Artículo primero. A partir del 1° de abril próximo quedarán centralizados en el Laboratorio Químico Nacional, adscrito al Ministerio de Fomento, los servicios que actualmente presta el Laboratorio Químico establecido en la Estación Agrícola Experimental Francisco José de Caldas y en la Estación Agrícola Experimental del Magdalena, dependientes actualmente del Ministerio de Agricultura.
