º El Director del Lazareto podrá, en casos excepcionales, delegar al Jefe de la Sección primera el estudio y resolución de determinados asuntos administrativos o de policía bajo su responsabilidad previa autorización del Departamento Nacional de Higiene, y siempre con el fin de que pueda cooperar en el servició científico.
