°. Pruebas para establecer la fecha de la ocupación . Cuando la entidad encuentre que existen indicios de que la información consignada en la solicitud no es correcta, procederá a verificar el contenido de la misma. En tal caso, para verificar la fecha a partir de la cual se encuentra ocupado el bien, la entidad pública podrá acudir a los documentos de incorporación urbanística, a las aerofotográfias provenientes del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi o de la entidad que cumpla sus funciones, o a los demás medios de prueba que considere convenientes.
