Práctica de la visita. En desarrollo de la etapa inicial y de instrucción la Agencia Nacional de Tierras practicará una diligencia de inspección ocular que se ordenará mediante auto, en el que se señalará la fecha y hora para su realización. Esta providencia se comunicará a las partes, a los solicitantes, a los terceros que hayan participado y a la Procuraduría Judicial, Ambiental y Agraria, mediante oficio al que se le anexará copia del acto administrativo y el cual se remitirá a la dirección que obre en el expediente.
