º. Servicio jurídico voluntario . Los egresados de las Facultades de Derecho reconocidas oficialmente que hayan aprobado todas las asignaturas, podrán ser nombrados en los despachos judiciales y en las Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal, en el cargo de Auxiliar Judicial previsto en el artículo 1º de este Decreto.
