La madre que, para ocultar su deshonra, en el momento del harto o dentro de los ocho días subsiguientes, causare la muerte de su hijo, no inscrito todavía en los registros del estado civil, incurrirá en prisión de dos a seis años. En igual sanción incurrirá el que cometa el hecho previsto en el inciso anterior, para ocultar la deshonra de su madre descendiente, hija adoptiva o hermana.
