ARTICULO 3.8.3.8.- ELECCION DE MIEMBROS DE JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La elección de miembros de junta directiva por parte de los trabajadores y por parte de las empresas se hará separadamente. En la elección de miembros de junta directiva por parte de los trabajadores cada tenedor de libreta de ahorro e inversión tendrá derecho a un voto. En la elección de miembros de junta directiva por parte de las empresas, cuando se trate de una sola empresa, ésta hará libremente la designación de dos miembros.
