Destínase la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40.000.00) para la obra a que se refiere el artículo anterior, y facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para abrir los créditos extraordinarios, verificar los traslados y hacer todas las operaciones presupuestales necesarias para el cumplimiento de la presente ley.
