Los Secretarios de las Cámaras pasaran cada diez días a los respectivos Habilitados la lista exacta de los Senadores, Representantes y empleados de las Secretarias que hayan dejado de concurrir a las sesiones sin previa excusa justificativa, y por más de tres días en el mes, a fin de que no se les reconozcan los honorarios correspondientes. Para tal fin, se pasara lista al empezar cada sesión y se hará constar en el acta los que hayan concurrido.
