º Competencia. Corresponde al Superintendente General de Puertos aprobar y otorgar las concesiones portuarias mediante resolución motivada. En firme la resolución que otorgue la concesión, se suscribirá el contrato administrativo que la formalice. Igualmente, corresponde al Superintendente General de Puertos, otorgar licencias portuarias para construir y operar embarcaderos ubicados fuera del puerto. Para ser titular de estas licencias no se requiere ser Sociedad Portuaria.
