Artículo segundo. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, por intermedio de la Jefatura de conservación de carreteras o cualquier otra dependencia de esa entidad a que corresponda, dispondrá el mantenimiento de las mismas por conducto del Distrito de Obras Públicas número 14 que tiene como sede a la ciudad de Pasto en el Departamento de Nariño.
