º . De los actos administrativos y la Secretaría del Consejo Directivo . Los actos administrativos del Consejo Directivo se denominarán acuerdos y al igual que las actas de sus reuniones serán suscritos por el Presidente y el Secretario. La Secretaría del Consejo Directivo será ejercida por el Secretario General del Icfes y en su defecto por el funcionario del Icfes que éste designe.
