Transmisión de derechos laborales. Al fallecimiento del empleado oficial se transmite a sus herederos el derecho al auxilio de cesantía correspondiente al de cujus, lo mismo que los demás derechos laborales causados en favor de éste y que no se hubieren satisfecho antes de su muerte.
