°. Contras las resoluciones dictadas en desarrollo de este decreto sólo podrá interponerse el recurso de reposición. Cuando las circunstancias de orden público lo permitan, el funcionario que impuso la sanción podrá, en cualquier tiempo, de oficio o a petición de parte, revocar la medida adoptada.
