Créase el Consejo, pro-Remodelación de Quibdó, encargado de asesorar al Gobierno Nacional en el ejercicio de las facultades a que se refiere la Ley 18 de 1971 El Consejo formulará, las recomendaciones que consistiere del caso para el mejor desarrollo de la ley citada y las acompañará de los correspondientes proyectos de decretos:
