Las cajas compensación podrán descontar al Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), hasta el medio por ciento (1/2%) del valor recaudado por concepto de aportes para la institución y utilizar la suma correspondiente para atender sus gastos de instalación, administración y funcionamiento, según lo dispuesto por los artículos 42 y 60 de la Ley 21 de 1982.
