La Defensoría del Pueblo podrá celebrar convenios con entidades oficiales o privadas para la designación de expertos en determinada ciencia, arte, técnica u oficio, con el fin de contar con su asesoría cuando la naturaleza de los hechos objeto de un proceso asignado a un defensor público lo requiera.
