El transporte y movilización de azúcar debe estar amparado por una planilla o guía de tránsito o movilización, cuyo modelo será diseñado por el Instituto de Comercio Exterior la Dirección General de Aduanas y el Instituto Nacional del Transporte, y será expedido por este último.
