Art. 33. El escrutinio jeneral se hará con las boletas i rejistros que se hayan recibido hasta el dia 10 de agosto próximo, i, terminado que sea, declarará dicha Corporacion la eleccion de Diputados principales en favor de los treinta ciudadanos que hayan obtenido mayor número de votos, i de Diputados suplentes en favor de los treinta que le sigan en votos i por el órden de mayor a menor número de éstos.
