Los contratos que celebre Puertos de Colombia deberán contener las cláusulas que sobre garantía, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas, exige la ley para los del Gobierno. la declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el Gerente General.
