ARTICULO 1° El Subsector Oficial del Sector Salud, en el nivel nacional, de acuerdo con lo ordenado por el artículo 5° de la Ley 10 de 1990, está constituido, entre otros, por el Ministerio de Salud y sus organismos adscritos y vinculados. Es organismo adscrito: la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. Son establecimientos públicos adscritos al Ministerio de Salud
