Art. 16. El funcionario que diere posesión á un empleado de manejo contraviniendo lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, será responsable al Tesoro por el perjuicio que tal hecho le ocasione, hasta por una suma igual á la caución que el empleado posesionado debió prestar.
