Para garantizar todo lo relativo a jubilación y pensiones de los funcionarios de la carrera diplomática y consular se creará una Caja de Pensiones, la cual podrá incorporarse en cualquier tiempo a una institución central nacional de seguro social que en el futuro se establezca. Las disposiciones que organicen dicha Caja de Pensiones reglamentarán todo lo pertinente a edad de retiro, jubilación y pensiones de los mencionados funcionarios.
