Articulo 44. De las sesiones del Consejo Directivo se levantaran actas que serán firmadas por la persona que presida la correspondiente reunión y por el Secretario. Cada una de las hojas será rubricada y las actas se numeraran en forma continua, debiendo formarse con cada cincuenta actas un libro que se empastara en forma que permita su más segura conservación. Harán fe de lo que consta en las actas las copias que con su firma expida el Secretario.
