° Con base en tales listas, el Ministerio de Justicia elaborará las que habrá de pasar a los Tribunales Superiores del Distrito Judicial, con el objeto de que dichas corporaciones procedan a hacer las elección de Jueces Municipales en interinidad con arreglo al Decreto que se reglamenta.
