ARTICULO 7 º. MODIFICAR . El artículo 57 del Decreto 3192 de 1983, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 57. Constantes químicas analíticas. El Ministerio de Salud podrá establecer las constantes químicas analíticas para las bebidas alcohólicas y determinar su clasificación de acuerdo con su naturaleza y composición cuando técnicamente se requiera, que permitan garantizar la calidad del producto."
