El presente Decreto tiene como finalidad reglamentar el funcionamiento del Centro Binacional de Atención Fronteriza de San Miguel – en adelante el Acuerdo –, atinentes al ejercicio de las funciones y competencias de las Entidades Públicas Colombianas participantes del mismo y al régimen laboral y de seguridad social, en los términos de la cláusula 7 del Acuerdo.
