En lo pertinente a la presente Ley, las formalidades exigidas por la Ley 11 de 1967 , y de acuerdo con el artículo 10 de la misma, serán cumplidas por las entidades a quienes corresponda cumplirlas, en el momento de hacerse la inclusión en el Presupuesto Nacional de la partida destinada para construir la obra que ordena la presente Ley.
