°. Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer medidas y fijar el procedimiento tendiente a garantizar la continuidad en el aseguramiento y la prestación del servicio público de salud a la población afiliada al Régimen Subsidiado del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, cuando se presente el retiro voluntario o la revocatoria de la autorización de funcionamiento de la Entidad o Entidades Promotoras de Salud que operen en una determinada jurisdicción.
