Articulo 2° Recibida la solicitud en la Dirección General de Prisiones, se procederá inmediatamente a ordenar el traslado del procesado a la Isla Prisión de Gorgona, si estuviere ejecutoriada sentencia por los delitos a que se refiere el artículo l° de esta Decreto.
