Artículo sexto. Como el impuesto a la producción de oro sustituye el que gravaba la venta de dicho metal se entiende que tendrá derecho a las exenciones de que tratan la letra c) del artículo 14 y la letra k) del artículo 24 de la Ley 78 de 1935, los contribuyentes que paguen el nuevo tributo en lugar del anterior.
