Artículo segundo. Los médicos veterinarios titulados e inscritos, podrán dirigir almacenes o depósitos destinados al expendio exclusivo de productos de uso veterinario debidamente licenciados por el Departamento Jurídico del Ministerio de Salud Publica, y previa la inscripción de tales establecimientos en la Inspección General de Laboratorios y Farmacias del mismo Ministerio.
