La Oficina de Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Justicia pasará a formar parte de la estructura de la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes, durante la vigencia del presente Decreto. En consecuencia, bajo la dirección y orientación del Director Nacional de Estupefacientes, ejercerá las funciones que le han sido asignadas por las normas orgánicas del Ministerio de Justicia y las previstas en el artículo 93 de la Ley 30 de 1986.
