Artículo segundo. Para la autorización de que trata el artículo anterior, los interesados deberán acreditar ante el Ministerio de Agricultura, que los productos agrícolas y sus derivados, objeto del depósito son de calidad homogénea, aceptada y usada en el comercio, según los requisitos que el Ministerio de Agricultura señale y que cumplen además con las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 1180 del Código de Comercio.
