Art. 66. Los empleados interiores del establecimiento son de libre nombramiento y remoción del Rector. Las asignaturas se proveerán por la Consiliatura, de ternas presentadas por el Rector y con la aprobación del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública. Los Profesores pueden ser suspendidos por el Rector, de acuerdo con la Consiliatura.
