Amplíase la base legal de los juegos novedosos incluyendo los juegos o concursos de pronósticos o encuestas telefónicas, televisivas o radiales en donde la llamada o el mensaje de texto tenga un valor y el resultado del juego, concurso o encuesta dependa del azar, y por su comunicación participe en algún sorteo u obtenga un premio superior a 500 UVT.
