Artículo décimo. A más de la suma que demande el pago del personal, destínase la cantidad de cincuenta y tres mil quinientos pesos ($ 53.500) moneda corriente, para la adquisición y sostenimiento de dotación, pago de viáticos, jornales, materiales y demás gastos que ocasionen los trabajos del Instituto.
